One of our signature flavours that Gaya first developed over 10 years ago. A cardamom infused pistachio sponge layered with a toasted pistachio buttercream, morello cherry jam and crushed pistachio praline all covered in our signature vanilla meringue based buttercream. Topped with a crown of pistachio buttercream, dried morello cherry slices, toasted pistachios and bronze sprinkles.

While every effort will be made to reduce the risk of cross contamination, we should note that all of our cakes are handmade in an environment where NUTS, PEANUTS, EGGS, MILK, SOYA, SESAME, GLUTEN and ALCOHOL are used.

Lead Times

All our cakes are handmade and baked fresh to order by a small team in the kitchen of our shop in Putney. Our lead time is therefore two days (if ordered before noon) to ensure your order is finished to perfection.

Cakes can either be collected from our shop in Putney or, alternatively, we offer a delivery service to select postcodes in SW London two times a week (Tuesdays & Fridays).

Our cakes will keep well for up to a week in the fridge or 3-5 days at room temperature. If collection is not possible and you need the cake delivered on a day when we do not offer delivery we recommend having the cake delivered on the previous delivery day and storing the cake in the fridge. For example, if you need the cake delivered on a Sunday, we recommend having the cake delivered on the previous delivery day (in this example, a Friday) and storing the cake in the fridge. Please do not forget to remove the cake from the fridge at least three hours prior to eating.

We are closed on Mondays. For any urgent/last minute enquiries please call our shop on 020 8704 5642 and we will try our best to assist.

Delivery

Delivery is available for local SW London postcodes twice a week. This is charged at a flat rate of £8.95 and is available for Tuesdays and Fridays.

Birthday cake!

We had a Pistachio cake as a Birthday cake for our 3yo son. It was a great treat! And became even better the day after - so I suggest to order in advance so it can rest 1-2 days before you serve

The Best Cake Ever!

I bought the Pistachio Cardamom cake for my husbands 30th birthday and when I tell you it was the most divine dessert I’ve ever had…believe me!

It’s perfectly moist, not too sweet but such great complimentary flavors! It’s also just so beautiful you almost don’t want to eat it! The cake also traveled really well ands still held its flavor and richness days after I picked up. Gaya was tremendously helpful in coordinating the pick up of the cake and extremely talented! Can’t wait to try more of her masterpieces! Thank you again!
