A beautifully piped meringue that is crisp on the outside with a perfectly mallow-like texture on the inside encases a vanilla bean mascarpone cream topped with a bright and fresh house made raspberry curd finished with perfectly placed cut raspberries.

It is light enough to round off an indulgent dinner party or, serve as larger slices in place of a celebration cake! 

You can even choose to personalise it with a message of your choice by adding a chocolate plaque.

Portion Guide

We have estimated that our 10 inch diameter pavlova is enough to serve 8 generous dessert slices or up to 10 slightly smaller slices. Please note, this is only a guide and may, of course, vary according to an individual's appetite!

While every effort will be made to reduce the risk of cross contamination, we should note that all of our cakes are handmade in an environment where NUTS, PEANUTS, EGGS, MILK, SOYA, SESAME, GLUTEN and ALCOHOL are used.

Lead Times

All our cakes are handmade and baked fresh to order by a small team in the kitchen of our shop in Putney. Our lead time is therefore two days (if ordered before noon) to ensure your order is finished to perfection.

Cakes can either be collected from our shop in Putney or, alternatively, we offer a delivery service to select postcodes in SW London two times a week (Tuesdays & Fridays).

We are closed on Mondays. For any urgent/last minute enquiries please call our shop on 020 8704 5642 and we will try our best to assist.
Delivery

Delivery is available for local SW London postcodes twice a week. This is charged at a flat rate of £8.95 and is available for Tuesdays and Fridays.

Shipping cost is added at checkout.

Raspberry Pavlova

After searching for numerous pavlovas in London, this was the best one I could find. However, upon receiving the pavlova, it exceeded my expectations. The pavlova was not only beautiful in appearance, but the taste surpassed my anticipations. It was packaged exceptionally well for transport home, and the price was very reasonable. When I went to pick it up, the staff were amazing. They even offered to keep the cake for an additional day because it didn't fit in my fridge and required refrigeration. Additionally, the bakery and coffee shop were delightful.
